Models Rules and Regulations

There are few rules that models and studios must comply with in order to work on CamPrime.com. These rules are reasonable and easy to follow. Please don’t force us to close or suspend your account(s) by breaking any of the following:

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Promote other adult webcam sites in the freechat area or in a private session and to persuade users/members of CamPrime.com to visit other websites or services which contain adult webcams.

• Threaten or blackmail members. These cases will be reported to the proper authorities within the respective countries immediately.

• Beg, ask for money from members for any reason. Users come here for fun and to relax, they trust you and the website, don’t misuse it. (e.g. never make up stories of your sick relatives and beg for money for her/his medication/operation etc. If we find out about such incident, we will close the model account immediately and suspend the studio account too.)

• Show explicit material on cam during a free session. You are allowed to flash tits and play with yourself as far as you don’t show genitals.

• Let other person than you or other registered models show up on cam.

• Use disparaging, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, false, or otherwise inflammatory and/or negative statements concerning fellow Models, Models representatives, CamPrime.com users, services or other websites.

• Propagate hate; speech intended to degrade, intimidate, or incite violence or prejudicial action against a person or group of people based on their race, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, language ability, moral or political views, socioeconomic class, occupation or appearance.

• Collect personal information on members, models, or CamPrime.com representatives.

• Give out personal information to users or other models (e.g. your full legal name, address, etc.)

• Leave the camera unattended while broadcasting live, both in freechat and members-only chat mode. No matter if the curtains are closed, members can still enter your room, don’t disappoint them with an empty room.

• Keep the members waiting by any means, such as:
- leaving the camera (if you have an urgent task to do, close your room and come back later on!)
- doing else than what you’ve promised to the member

• Broadcast live in the inappropriate category. (e.g. you can not choose Girls category if you are a boy, or broadcast in Girls category if you a couple, etc. ) Please read our our Category Requirements.

• Broadcast pre-recorded video as a live feed.

• Kick or ban free users or members for other reasons than:
- Chat flood (when a user repeats the same message over and over within a short period of time)
- Expressly aggressive attitude, threats, harassment or any discussion about illegal activities

Category rules:

• Dating: No nudity is allowed in free chat. It’s completely your decision to get naked during Private Sessions in Dating category. Nobody (Members or Admins) can force you to get naked in Dating category!
• Other categories: No nudity is allowed in free chat in any way. Tease your Guests and Members but keep your clothes on! In Private you have to serve and treat your Members well!

Periods, payouts and payments:

• There are 2 payment periods on CamPrime.com. The first occurs between the 1st and the 15th day of the actual month the next one occurs between 16th and 30th or 31st of the actual month.
• Payments for the 1st period will be sent between 1st and 10th of the next month, and so between 16th and 25th of the next month for Period #2.
• Closing the actual payment period can take up to 72 hours so expect a short delay in your statistics before it changes to ‘Closed’ status. This closing delay does not affect the date of the payout.

Bonuses, Special Promotions:

• Every Bonus and Special Promotion has its own running time frame period and rules which may differ from CamPrime.com’s general Rules applied to Models. Always make sure you’re familiar with these Rules and Regulations.
• Multiple registrations will not be approved.

During Private Sessions:

• The Video and Audio stream of every Private Sessions is being recorded on CCCV Ltd’s servers. Later on the administrators decide whether these videos are going to be available for Members in the Members Only Area (for the actual per minute pricing please read the 3a Section in the CCCV Ltd. CAMPRIME MODEL SERVICE AGREEMENT).

Contacting us:

• If you need help or you’d like to ask a question always read the Rules, Model Agreement and all the required online documents first!
• If you can’t find answers contact us by the Contact Form (you need to be logged in).
• In specific circumstances (ie. you lost your password) you can contact us by email: help {at} camprime {.} com. In this case always use the email address you’ve registered with. Be specific, describe your questions, problems well, provide us as many info as you can.
• Either case expect 24-72 hours to get your message replied.
• There’s no such thing as live support chat! We’re live 24/7 but we do prioritize support requests. Please read again the lines above first if you have specific questions!

Refunds and Chargebacks:

• CamPrime.com reserves the right to refund its members’ CamPrime Credits on specific cases (complaints about private chat sessions, unexpected model behavior, kick from private chat etc.) CamPrime always investigates these complaints before making such a decision. If the complaint is reasonable CamPrime Credits will be subtracted from all involved accounts. CamPrime protects its members’ privacy thus these refunds may appear on your account with no specific reason.
• Chargebacks usually occur by fraudulent Credit Card activity, total member dissatisfaction or by several other reasons. Chargebacks can occur within 180 days after the purchase of CamPrime Credits. These chargebacks cause CamPrime Credit subtraction from all the affected Model accounts. No reason will ever be given to these actions nor will they be ever discussed with anyone.
• Chargeback is an automated process, we have absolutely no control over when, how and why it happens.

Account Suspension, Ban:

• Any Model Accounts involved in any form of cheating, fraudulent activity, harassing or just simply against the Rules will be immediately suspended, closed and may be banned. No earnings will ever paid out for such suspended, closed or banned accounts!
